DO WAX FOUNDRIES STILL OFFER A LOT?

The wax casting technology is one of the precision technologies. We use it in our work, because it allows accurate production of shapes in accordance with the customer’s order, which is also characterized by very high precision.

Precision casting is nothing new. An interesting fact is that this technology was used in olden times, for example in ancient Greece. Over the years, it has been improved, quickly spreading not only in Europe but all over the world.

The huge advantage of wax casting is saving of materials, that we use during molding. Parts produced in this method characterized by a smooth surface and high tolerance to harmful conditions. Due to the high flexibility guaranteed by precision casting technology, we can form parts of almost any size and complexity.

BOD group production materials can fulfill ASTM, SAE, AISI, AICI, DIN, EN, GB and ISO standards. We can cast over one hundred different shapes, while meeting the special requirements of customers, both in terms of shape and complexity of the product. The heaviest elements we produce weigh over 100 kg.

Among the many devices we have in our factory, it is worth pointing to our own molding workshop, four casting devices and eight wax injection kits. There was also automatic cutting grinders in stock to fully comprehensively ensure the production of subassemblies.

I have to answer the question asked in the title. Yes, wax casting can offer many possibilities. A lot depends on whether the manufacturer who is to perform the order for you can boast of such a well-equipped factory as we do.
